Webinar: The Dutch Housing Shortage and Buy-to-Let Market Overview

DBRS Morningstar invites you to attend a webinar on the Dutch housing shortage and buy-to-let (BTL) market overview on 8 December 2021 at 3:00 p.m. GMT, 4:00 p.m. CET, or 10:00 a.m. EST. The webinar will be hosted by Mudasar Chaudhry, Head of European Structured Finance Research. Chaudhry will be joined by Simon Murphy, Vice President, European Operational Risk.

Chaudhry and Murphy will discuss the shortage of housing in the Netherlands, the reasons behind it, and the structural challenges in balancing supply and demand in the Dutch housing market. They will also discuss the factors fuelling the increased BTL housing market in the private sector and the subsequent government measures introduced to kerb this trend and open up the housing market, particularly to first-time buyers.

The discussion will last approximately 25 to 30 minutes and will be followed by an interactive question-and-answer session. DBRS Morningstar welcomes all who wish to participate.
