ProjectCo is the SPE contracted by the Government of Alberta to design, build, finance, operate and maintain Northwest Anthony Henday Drive (the Highway), a 21-kilometre portion of the Edmonton Ring Road that runs from Highway 16 to Manning Drive, over a 33.25-year term. The Highway achieved Traffic Availability in 2011 and opened to traffic in the same year.
