Summary

Reliance LP directly and indirectly owns water heater rental and HVAC home service businesses in Ontario. In July 2014, OpCo sold its security business and used the majority of the proceeds to acquire Just Energy Group, Inc.'s water heater and HVAC business in November 2014. OpCo is owned by Reliance Intermediate Holdings LP, which is in turn owned by Alinda Capital Partners.
