407 East Development Group is the special-purpose entity contracted by Infrastructure Ontario under the Government of Ontario's alternative financing and procurement program to design, build, finance, and maintain Phase 1 of the Highway 407 East Extension, a network of multilane toll highways east of Toronto, under a 33.6-year public-private partnership agreement.
