Algonquin Power Co. (APCO) owns approximately 1,500 megawatts of mostly renewable power generating capacity located in Canada and the United States. APCO is a wholly owned subsidiary of Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp., a diversified power and regulated utilities company. APCO is publicly traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange and the New York Stock Exchange.
