Trillium Windpower, LP

Trillium Windpower, LP is the special-purpose entity created to finance and indirectly own the 22.9 megawatt (MW) Conestogo and 124.4 MW Summerhaven wind farms in Ontario (the Project). Each wind farm has a feed-in tariff contract with the Independent Electricity System Operator. The Project comprises 10 turbines at Conestogo and 56 at Summerhaven, all supplied and commissioned by Siemens Energy, Inc. Conestogo achieved commercial operation on December 20, 2012, and Summerhaven on August 12, 2013.
