Muskrat Falls/Labrador Transmission Assets Funding Trust and Labrador-Island Link Funding Trust

The Muskrat Falls/Labrador Transmission Assets Funding Trust and Labrador-Island Link Funding Trust are single-purpose financing trusts created to facilitate the financing of a project developed by Nalcor Energy, a Crown corporation wholly owned by the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador. The Bonds issued by these trusts are unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by the Government of Canada.
