Caja Rural de Granada issues Cedulas Hipotecarias (CH or Spanish Covered Bonds) under the Spanish Covered Bond law. In case of Issuer default, the entire mortgage book of the bank, including residential and commercial mortgages, are available to repay principal and interest of the Covered Bonds.
