ENMAX Corporation (ENMAX) has three main business segments: (1) Power Delivery, which owns and operates regulated electricity transmission and distribution systems in the Calgary service area; (2) Competitive Energy, which generates electricity and supplies electricity, natural gas, and related energy services to customers in the Province of Alberta; and (3) Versant Power, which owns and operates regulated electricity transmission and distribution systems in the State of Maine. The City of Calgary wholly owns ENMAX.
