Credit Logement S.A. (CL) is a French financing company that guarantees loans intended to financing housing for individuals, in the form of a joint and several guarantee. It is the largest in France with about 50% market share of guarantees on French home loans. Overall, CL holds about 30% market share of all home loans in France. It is regulated by the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution (ACPR), the French financial regulators.
