Nestle Capital Canada Ltd. is indirectly wholly owned by Nestle S.A. (Nestle), the world's largest food company, with activities in beverages, milk products, pet foods, and health and wellness. Nestle also holds an approximate 23.5% interest in L'Oréal (cosmetic products) and has a joint venture with General Mills, Inc. called Cereal Partners Worldwide (50%).
