I-77 Mobility Partners LLC is the special-purpose vehicle contracted by the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) to design, build, and finance the I-77 High-Occupancy Toll lanes project in Charlotte, North Carolina, and a 50-year concession to operate and maintain the managed lanes under a comprehensive agreement with NCDOT.
