Dufferin Wind Power Inc.

The Issuer owns and operates a 91.4 megawatt (MW) wind power project in Ontario, selling energy with the benefit of a 20-year FIT Contract. The Project achieved Commercial Operations under the FIT Contract on December 1, 2014, and comprises 49 wind turbines (31 1.6 MW and 18 2.75 MW turbines) supplied by General Electric Canada Inc. (GEC) and a 47-kilometre transmission line connecting it to the transmission grid.
