Banca Carige S.p.A. Covered Bonds (OBG - Mortgages - Programme 2)

The programme Carige OBG2, guaranteed by Carige Covered Bond 2 S.r.l., has been established under the Italian legal framework provided by Article 7 bis of Securitisation and Covered Bonds Law 130/1999 as amended and supplemented from time to time. The Issuer is required to pay interests and principal on the bonds which are bullet and, as long as the Issuer is not in default, bondholders will obtain full repayment of principal on the Maturity Date.
