TransAlta OCP LP (TransAlta OCP) is a non-bankruptcy-remote special-purpose vehicle, wholly and indirectly owned by TransAlta Corporation (TransAlta), with a significant generation fleet in Alberta. Through TransAlta OCP, TransAlta monetizes the net annual off-coal payments to be paid by the Government of Alberta pursuant to the 2016 Off-Coal Agreement.
