Clover Limited Partnership

Clover Limited Partnership is a special-purpose vehicle that owns a 49% stake in Enbridge Canadian Renewable LP, an approximately 36% (about 507 megawatts) interest in a portfolio of 11 wind-power-generating facilities and three solar-power-generating facilities (collectively, the Facilities) located across Canada. The Facilities are contracted under fixed-price power purchase agreements/swap agreements with creditworthy counterparties.
