Elexicon Corporation

Elexicon Corporation (Elexicon) is a municipally owned holding company that owns and operates Elexicon Energy Inc., which is primarily a regulated electricity distribution company that services more than 168,000 residents and businesses in Eastern Ontario. Elexicon is 32.0% owned by the Town of Whitby, 27.9% by the City of Pickering, 21.8% by the Town of Ajax, 9.3% by the Municipality of Clarington, and 9.0% by the City of Belleville.
