Grupo Avintia

Based in Spain, Grupo Avintia is a partially vertically integrated construction group with activities primarily in the construction and property development businesses (the hotel business was sold in the beginning of 2019). In 2018, the Group had approximately 1,700 employees. The Group has its headquarters in Madrid with offices in other major Spanish cities and Colombia. Avintia PyC is the key operating subsidiary of Grupo Avintia and is mainly specialised in residential and commercial construction for the private sector, although its current plan is to expand in the civil works segment for the public sector, as well as in the energy projects segment.
