Phoenix Funding 7 Designated Activity Company

This is the eighth securitisation from KBCI, following Phoenix Funding 6 Designated Activity Company, which closed in December 2016. The Issuer is a bankruptcy-remote special purpose vehicle incorporated in the Republic of Ireland. The proceeds of the notes and the Class Z loan funded the purchase of prime and performing residential mortgage loans secured over properties, mostly owner-occupied, in Ireland.
