Owl Rock Core Income Corp. (ORCIC or the Company) commenced investment operations in November 2020. Based in New York, NY, ORCIC is an externally managed, closed-end, non-diversified investment company that has elected to be regulated as a business development company (BDC) under the Investment Company Act of 1940 (the 1940 Act). The Company is a non-listed, perpetually private BDC externally managed by Owl Rock Capital Advisors LLC (the Advisor), an indirect subsidiary of Blue Owl Capital Inc. (Blue Owl) and part of Owl Rock, a division of Blue Owl focused on direct lending.
