New Brunswick (F-M) Project Company Inc.

New Brunswick (F-M) Project Company Inc. (NBFM) is a not-for-profit corporation created to facilitate the development and operation of a four-lane highway between Fredericton and Moncton (the Highway) under a public-private partnership structure. NBFM entered into a 30-year concession from the New Brunswick Highway Corporation (NBHC), a provincial Crown corporation, to design, build, finance, operate, rehabilitate, and maintain the Highway. NBHC and the operator, Maritime Road Development Corporation, share equal ownership of NBFM, which is not an agent of the Crown.
