Westcoast Energy Inc.

Westcoast Energy Inc. (Westcoast) owns (1) the federally regulated B.C. Pipeline natural gas transmission system, (2) a 78% interest in the federally regulated M&NP Canada, a natural gas transmission system in eastern Canada, and (3) a 46% interest in Enbridge Gas Inc., the provincially regulated natural gas distribution utility in Ontario. Westcoast is an indirect, wholly owned subsidiary of Enbridge Inc.
