DBRS Ratings Limited (DBRS) discontinued its AA (sf) rating on the Class A notes issued by Castilho Mortgages No. 1 (the Issuer).
The discontinuation reflects the full repayment of the Class A Notes as at the payment date on 28 February 2019. Prior to their repayment in full, the outstanding principal balance of the Class A Notes was EUR 711,667,605.63.
All figures are in euros unless otherwise noted.
The principal methodology applicable to the rating is: “Master European Structured Finance Surveillance Methodology”.
In DBRS’s opinion, a discontinued-repaid rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology, as the bond has been repaid in full.
