DBRS Ratings GmbH (DBRS) discontinued its rating on Series 1 - PTBIIKOE0007 (Series 1) issued by the Banco de Investimento Imobiliário S.A. Covered Bonds (Obrigações Hipotecárias - Mortgages) programme (the Programme). The discontinuation reflects the repayment of Series 1, which was redeemed early on 27 March 2019. The Programme terminated on 28 March 2019. The rating of Series 1, before the payment in full, was A (high) with a nominal balance of EUR 895 million.
All figures are in euros unless otherwise noted.
The principal methodology applicable to the rating is: “Rating European Covered Bonds”.
In DBRS’s opinion, a discontinued-repaid rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology, as the bond has been repaid in full.
A review of the transaction legal documents was not conducted as the legal documents have remained unchanged since the most recent rating action.
