DBRS Ratings GmbH (DBRS) discontinued its A (high) (sf) rating on the Series 2017-01, Class A notes and BBB (high) (sf) rating on the Series 2017-01, Class B notes (together, the Notes) issued by IM EVO Finance 1, Fondo de Titulización.
The discontinuations reflect the payments in full of the Notes on the 16 April 2019 payment date. The balances of the Series 2017-01, Class A notes and Series 2017-01, Class B notes prior to their full redemptions were EUR 314,400,000.00 and EUR 29,400,000.00, respectively.
All figures are in euros unless otherwise noted.
The principal methodology applicable to the ratings is the “Master European Structured Finance Surveillance Methodology”.
In DBRS’s opinion, a discontinued-repaid rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology, as the bond has been repaid in full.
