DBRS Ratings GmbH (DBRS) discontinued its rating on the Series A Notes issued by BBVA-10 PYME FT (the Issuer).
The discontinuation reflects the full repayment of the Series A Notes on 23 April 2019 payment date. Prior to the repayment, the outstanding principal balance of the Series A Notes was EUR 13,494,072.15 rated at A (high) (sf).
DBRS continues to rate the Series B Notes in the same transaction. Please refer to www.dbrs.com for more information.
All figures are in euros unless otherwise noted.
The principal methodology applicable to the rating is: “Rating CLOs Backed by Loans to European SMEs”.
In DBRS’s opinion, a discontinued-repaid rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology, as the bond has been repaid in full.
Other methodologies referenced in this transaction are listed at the end of this press release.
