DBRS Ratings Limited (DBRS) discontinued its rating on the Class B notes issued by Kingswood Mortgages 2015-1 PLC.
The discontinuation reflects the payment in full of the Class B notes on 29 April 2019. The balance and rating of the Class B notes prior to the full redemption were EUR 2,295,206.50 and AAA (sf), respectively.
DBRS continues to rate the Class C, D and E notes in this transaction. Please refer to www.dbrs.com for more information.
All figures are in euros unless otherwise noted.
The principal methodology applicable to the rating is: “Master European Structured Finance Surveillance Methodology”.
In DBRS’s opinion, a discontinued-repaid rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology, as the bond has been repaid in full.
Other methodologies referenced in this transaction are listed at the end of this press release.
These may be found on www.dbrs.com at: http://www.dbrs.com/about/methodologies.
