DBRS Ratings GmbH (DBRS) discontinued its rating on the Series B Notes issued by BBVA-10 PYME FT (the Issuer).
The discontinuation reflects the full repayment of the Series B Notes on 17 June 2019. Prior to the repayment, the outstanding principal balance of the Series B Notes was EUR 180,661,488.15 rated at BBB (high) (sf).
All figures are in euros unless otherwise noted.
The principal methodology applicable to the rating is: “Rating CLOs Backed by Loans to European SMEs”.
In DBRS’s opinion, a discontinued-repaid rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology, as the bond has been repaid in full.
