DBRS Ratings GmbH (DBRS) discontinued and withdrew its rating of the outstanding Abanca Corporación Bancaria S.A. (Abanca or the Issuer) Cédulas Hipotecarias (CH or the Spanish mortgage covered bonds) at the request of the Issuer. The rating prior to its discontinuation and withdrawal was AA (low).
All figures are in euros unless otherwise noted.
The principal methodology applicable to the rating is “Rating and Monitoring Covered Bonds”.
In DBRS’s opinion, a discontinued-withdrawn rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology.
A review of the transaction legal documents was not conducted as the legal documents have remained unchanged since the most recent rating action.
