DBRS Ratings Limited (DBRS Morningstar) discontinued its rating on the Class A1 notes issued by Phoenix Funding 6 Designated Activity Company.
The discontinuation reflects the full repayment of the Class A1 notes on 23 September 2019 payment date. Prior to the repayment, the Class A1 notes were rated at AAA (sf) and had an outstanding principal balance of EUR 20,906,155.00.
DBRS Morningstar continues to rate the Class A2 notes in the transaction. Please refer to www.dbrs.com for more information.
All figures are in euros unless otherwise noted.
The principal methodology applicable to the rating is: “Master European Structured Finance Surveillance Methodology”.
In DBRS Morningstar’s opinion, a discontinued-repaid rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology, as the bond has been repaid in full.
