DBRS Morningstar Discontinues Ratings of Taurus 2017-2 UK Designated Activity Company

CMBS
October 16, 2019

DBRS Ratings Limited (DBRS Morningstar) discontinued its ratings of the Commercial Mortgage-Backed Floating-Rate Notes Due November 2027 issued by Taurus 2017-2 UK D Designated Activity Company AC as they were repaid in full, as of the August 2019 remittance. This concludes DBRS Morningstar’s surveillance of this transaction.

Notes:
All figures are in British pound sterling unless otherwise noted.

The principal methodology applicable to the ratings is: “European CMBS Rating and Surveillance Methodology”

A review of the transaction legal documents was not conducted as the legal documents have remained unchanged since the most recent rating action.

In DBRS Morningstar’s opinion, a discontinued-repaid rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology, as the bond has been repaid in full.
