DBRS Morningstar Discontinues Rating on Class D Notes of FCT Marsollier Mortgages

RMBS
October 21, 2019

DBRS Ratings Limited (DBRS Morningstar) discontinued its rating on the Class D Notes issued by FCT Marsollier Mortgages.

The discontinuation reflects the full redemption of the Class D Notes as at the payment date on 27 September 2019. Prior to their repayment, the outstanding principal of the Class D Notes was EUR 1,494,305.1 with a rating of AAA (sf).

DBRS Morningstar continues to rate the Class E Notes in this transaction. Please refer to www.dbrs.com for more information.

Notes:
All figures are in euros unless otherwise noted.

The principal methodology applicable to the rating is: “Master European Structured Finance Surveillance Methodology”.

In DBRS Morningstar’s opinion, a discontinued-repaid rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology, as the bond has been repaid in full.
