DBRS Ratings GmbH (DBRS Morningstar) discontinued its AAA (sf) rating on the Class B Notes (the Notes) issued by Bumper 7 S.A.
The discontinuation reflects the full redemption of the Notes as at the payment date on 23 October 2019. Prior to their repayment, the outstanding principal balance of the Notes was EUR 1,888,248.52.
All figures are in euros unless otherwise noted.
The principal methodology applicable to the rating is “Master European Structured Finance Surveillance Methodology”.
In DBRS Morningstar’s opinion, a discontinued-repaid rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology, as the bond has been repaid in full.
