Press Release

DBRS Morningstar Discontinues Series 2012-2-A Notes Rating Issued by Civitas SPV S.r.l. (SME)

Structured Credit
November 01, 2019

DBRS Ratings GmbH (DBRS Morningstar) discontinued its rating of the Series 2012-2-A notes (Class A Notes) issued by Civitas SPV S.r.l. (SME).

The discontinuation reflects the payment of the Class A Notes on 25 October 2019. The remaining balance and the rating of the Class A Notes prior to the redemption were EUR 58,742,870.79 and AA (high) (sf), respectively.

Notes:
All figures are in euros unless otherwise noted.

The principal methodology applicable to the rating is: “Rating CLOs Backed by Loans to European SMEs”.

In DBRS Morningstar’s opinion, a discontinued-repaid rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology, as the bond has been repaid in full.

Other methodologies referenced in this transaction are listed at the end of this press release. These may be found on www.dbrs.com at: http://www.dbrs.com/about/methodologies.
