DBRS Morningstar Confirms, Discontinues Rating on Senior Funding Facility of Hatfield Warehouse 1 Ltd.

DBRS, Inc. (DBRS Morningstar) confirmed its BBB (sf) rating on the Senior Funding Facility of Hatfield Warehouse 1 Ltd. (Hatfield) due October 2027 and subsequently discontinued and withdrew the rating. The Senior Funding Facility was issued by Hatfield pursuant to the Warehouse Agreement, dated as of October 26, 2018, among Hatfield as Borrower; Barclays Bank PLC, New York Branch as Facility Agent and Lender; Alcentra NY, LLC as Collateral Manager; the LLC Members named on the signature page thereto; The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. (rated AA (high) with a Stable trend by DBRS Morningstar) as Collateral Administrator and Securities Intermediary; and Delaware Trust Company as Security Agent.

DBRS Morningstar withdrew the rating on the Senior Funding Facility at the request of the Facility Agent.

The rating on the Senior Funding Facility addressed the timely payment of the Senior Base Interest Amount and Senior Additional Payment Amounts and the ultimate payment of the Outstanding Senior Funding Amount on or before the Scheduled Maturity Date in October 2027. For the avoidance of doubt, this rating does not address the Senior Additional Interest Amount.
