DBRS Morningstar Discontinues Senior Unsecured Debt and Commercial Paper Ratings of Deere & Company

DBRS Limited (DBRS Morningstar) discontinued the Senior Unsecured Debt rating and Commercial Paper (CP) rating of Deere & Company (Deere or the Company). DBRS Morningstar also discontinued the Senior Unsecured Debt and CP ratings of John Deere Capital Corporation and John Deere Financial Inc. & John Deere Credit Inc. & John Deere Canada ULC, as well as the Senior Unsecured Debt rating of John Deere Canada Funding Inc. The rating actions are at the request of the Company and are not related to the creditworthiness of these entities.
