DBRS Morningstar Discontinues Ratings on Enercare Solutions Inc.

DBRS Limited (DBRS Morningstar) discontinued its Senior Notes rating of BBB (low) on Enercare Solutions Inc. (ESI or the Company) as the Company fully repaid the Senior Notes on December 16, 2019. Concurrently, DBRS Morningstar discontinued and withdrew ESI’s Issuer Rating at the Company’s request since ESI will no longer have any public securities outstanding.
