DBRS Morningstar Discontinues Ratings on Delft 2019 B.V.

DBRS Ratings Limited (DBRS Morningstar) discontinued its ratings of the notes issued by Delft 2019 B.V.

The discontinuations reflect the full repayment of the notes on 17 January 2020. The ratings and remaining balances of the notes were as follows:

-- Class A Notes rated AAA (sf) with a balance of EUR 96,930,291.04
-- Class B Notes rated AA (high) (sf) with a balance of EUR 9,700,000.00
-- Class C Notes rated A (high) (sf) with a balance of EUR 7,300,000.00
-- Class D Notes rated A (low) (sf) with a balance of EUR 5,200,000.00
-- Class E Notes rated BB (high) (sf) with a balance of EUR 5,900,000.00
-- Class F Notes rated B (high) (sf) with a balance of EUR 4,800,000.00
-- Class G Notes rated B (low) (sf) with a balance of EUR 1,800,000.00

All figures are in euros unless otherwise noted.

The principal methodology applicable to the ratings is the “Master European Structured Finance Surveillance Methodology”.

In DBRS Morningstar’s opinion, a discontinued-repaid rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology, as the bond has been repaid in full.

At the time of the initial rating, DBRS Morningstar was supplied with third-party assessments. However, this did not impact the rating analysis.

The last rating action on this transaction took place on 15 May 2019, when DBRS Morningstar confirmed its ratings of the Class A Notes at AAA (sf), and upgraded its ratings of the Class B, Class C, Class D, Class E, Class F, and Class G Notes to AA (high) (sf), A (high) (sf), A (low) (sf), BB (high) (sf), B (high) (sf), and B (low) (sf), respectively, following the publication of DBRS Morningstar’s updated “European RMBS Insight: Dutch Addendum” methodology.
