February 27, 2020

DBRS Ratings GmbH (DBRS Morningstar) discontinued its AAA (sf) rating on the Class M Notes issued by Sunrise S.r.l. – Series 2016-1.

The discontinuation reflects the full repayment of the notes on the 27 February 2020 payment date. The remaining balance of the Class M Notes prior to their full redemption was EUR 1,471,482.88.

Notes:
All figures are in euros unless otherwise noted.

The principal methodology applicable to the rating is: “Master European Structured Finance Surveillance Methodology”.

In DBRS Morningstar’s opinion, a discontinued-repaid rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology, as the bond has been repaid in full.
