DBRS, Inc. (DBRS Morningstar) finalized its provisional ratings on BRAVO Residential Funding Trust 2020-RPL1 (BRAVO 2020-RPL1 or the Trust), a securitization of a portfolio of primarily seasoned performing first-lien residential mortgages funded by the issuance of mortgage-backed notes (the Notes). The Notes are backed by 1,776 loans with a total principal balance of $319,165,241 as of the Cut-Off Date1 (May 31, 2020).
