DBRS Ratings GmbH (DBRS Morningstar) discontinued its rating on the Class A Notes (the Notes) issued by Asset-Backed European Securitisation Transaction Twelve S.r.l.
The discontinuation reflects the full redemption of the Notes at the payment date on 15 June 2020. Prior to their repayment, the Notes were rated at AAA (sf) with an outstanding principal balance of EUR 3,400,000.
DBRS Morningstar continues to rate the Class B Notes at AAA (sf), where the rating addresses the timely payment of interest and ultimate payment of principal on or before the final legal maturity dates on the payment date in July 2029.
