DBRS Morningstar Discontinues Rating of the Class B Notes Issued by Alba 8 SPV S.r.l.

DBRS Ratings GmbH (DBRS Morningstar) discontinued its AA (high) (sf), Under Review with Positive Implications (UR-Pos.) rating on the Class B Notes issued by Alba 8 SPV S.r.l.

The discontinuation reflects the full repayment of the notes on 27 July 2020. The remaining balance of the Class B Notes prior to their full redemption was EUR 6,704,723.70.

DBRS Morningstar continues to rate the Class C Notes in the transaction at A (sf), UR-Pos.

The principal methodology applicable to the rating is the “Master European Structured Finance Surveillance Methodology” (22 April 2020).

In DBRS Morningstar’s opinion, a discontinued-repaid rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology, as the bond has been repaid in full.

Prior to that, on 9 April 2020, DBRS Morningstar confirmed and placed UR Pos. the AA (high) (sf) and A (sf) ratings on the Class B and C Notes, respectively.
