DBRS Ratings Limited (DBRS Morningstar) discontinued its ratings of the Class A, Class B, Class C, Class D, Class E, and Class F Notes (together, the Rated Notes) issued by Aurorus 2017 B.V.
The discontinuations reflect the repayment in full of the Rated Notes on 14 August 2020. The ratings and remaining balances of the Rated Notes prior to their repayment in full were as follows:
-- Class A Notes at AAA (sf), EUR 178,200,000
-- Class B Notes at AA (sf), EUR 28,000,000
-- Class C Notes at A (sf), EUR 16,500,000
-- Class D Notes at BBB (sf), EUR 24,800,000
-- Class E Notes at BB (sf), EUR 33,000,000
-- Class F Notes at B (sf), EUR 17,300,000

The principal methodology applicable to the ratings is the “Master European Structured Finance Surveillance Methodology” (22 April 2020).
In DBRS Morningstar’s opinion, a discontinued-repaid rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology, as the bond has been repaid in full.
