Legal Liability Creates Concern for Skilled Nursing Industry

DBRS Morningstar is reviewing the ratings on three commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) transactions with skilled nursing facilities as collateral as a result of the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) pandemic.
