DBRS Morningstar Discontinues Rating of the Class B Notes Issued by Bavarian Sky France, Compartment French Auto Leases 3

DBRS Ratings GmbH (DBRS Morningstar) discontinued its AA (sf) rating on the Class B Notes issued by Bavarian Sky France, Compartment French Auto Leases 3.

The discontinuation reflects the full repayment of the Class B Notes on the 21 September 2020 payment date. The remaining balance of the Class B Notes prior to their full redemption was EUR 43,245,981.21.

In DBRS Morningstar’s opinion, a discontinued-repaid rating action does not warrant the application of the entire principal methodology, as the bond has been repaid in full.

At the time of the initial rating, DBRS Morningstar was supplied with third-party assessments. However, this did not impact the rating analysis.

The last rating actions on this transaction took place on 7 September 2020, when DBRS Morningstar discontinued its rating on the Class A Notes after they were repaid in full. Previously, on 10 March 2020, DBRS Morningstar confirmed its AAA (sf) rating on the Class A Notes and upgraded the rating on the Class B Notes to AA (sf) from A (high) (sf).
