Eridano II SPV S.r.l.: Rating Report

On 21 October 2020, DBRS Ratings GmbH (DBRS Morningstar) finalised its provisional ratings of AA (low) (sf) on the Class A notes and A (sf) on the Class B notes issued by Eridano II SPV S.r.l, a special-purpose vehicle incorporated under Italian law. The transaction represents the issuance of notes backed by a portfolio of receivables related to Italian salary- and pension-assignment loans as well as payment delegation loans granted to employees and pensioners residing in Italy.
