On 3 December 2020, DBRS Ratings GmbH (DBRS Morningstar) finalised the provisional ratings on the notes issued by Miravet 2020-1 (the Issuer) as follows:

-- Class A notes at AAA (sf)
-- Class B notes at A (sf)
-- Class C notes at BBB (low) (sf)
-- Class D notes at BB (sf)
-- Class E notes B (low) (sf) (collectively, with the Class A, Class B, Class C, and Class D notes, the Rated Notes)
