DBRS Morningstar Discontinues Rating on Sunrise SPV 20 S.r.l.- Sunrise 2017-2

DBRS Ratings GmbH (DBRS Morningstar) discontinued its AAA (sf) rating on the Class A Notes issued by Sunrise SPV 20 S.r.l.- Sunrise 2017-2.

The discontinuation reflects the full repayment of the Class A Notes on the 1 March 2021 payment date. The remaining balance of the Class A Notes prior to their full redemption was EUR 7,020,201.67.

DBRS Morningstar continues to rate the transaction’s Class B, Class C, Class D, and Class E Notes at AA (sf), A (sf), BBB (sf), and BB (low) (sf), respectively. Please refer to https://www.dbrsmorningstar.com/issuers/22759 for more information.

The sources of data and information used for these ratings includes investor reports provided by Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank S.A., Milan branch and servicer reports provided by Agos Ducato S.p.A.

At the time of the initial rating, DBRS Morningstar was supplied with third-party assessments. However, this did not impact the rating analysis.

The last rating action on this transaction took place on 2 September 2020, when DBRS Morningstar confirmed its ratings on the Class A Notes at AAA (sf) and upgraded its ratings on the Class B, Class C, Class D, and Class E Notes to AA (sf), A (sf), BBB (sf), and BB (low) (sf), respectively.
