On 9 June 2021, DBRS Ratings GmbH (DBRS Morningstar) assigned provisional ratings to the following residential mortgage-backed floating-rate notes to be issued by Finance Ireland RMBS No. 3 DAC:

-- Class B rated AA (sf)
-- Class C rated A (sf)
-- Class D rated BBB (low) (sf)
-- Class E rated BB (sf)
-- Class F rated B (sf)
-- Class X rated B (sf)

DBRS Morningstar does not rate the Class Y and Class Z notes also expected to be issued in the transaction.
