DBRS Limited (DBRS Morningstar) discontinued its rating on the First Mortgage Bonds issued by Fifth Avenue LP & ARI 5AP Investments LP. The Bonds have been fully repaid. This concludes DBRS Morningstar’s surveillance of this transaction.
